Terms and Conditions

Attended Delivery Preferred: We recommend providing an address where someone can receive the package directly.
Safe Place Delivery: If you're not home, the courier will leave the package in a safe place, if available.
Collection Point: If no safe place is found, the package will be taken to a local collection point.
Customer Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not liable for undeliverable or returned packages due to address errors.
Unattended Delivery Risk: If you choose to have a package delivered to an unattended address, you accept the risk of it being left in a safe place.
Liability: We are not responsible for packages that are not received when no one is present at the delivery address.
Alternatives: For secure delivery, consider using a business address or parcel locker.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Order Cancellations & Modifications:

Pre-Shipment Changes: We will attempt to accommodate order cancellations or modifications if requested before shipment.
No Cancellations/Modifications (Within 7 Days): Within 7 days of your collection date, we have a strict no cancellation and no modification policy.
Declined Changes: We reserve the right to decline changes if processing or shipping has begun.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your order and delivery address before placing it.
No Post-Shipment Changes: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.

Handmade Variations:

Due to the handmade nature of our custom orders, slight variations between products are expected.
