Postal Orders (Shipped)

• No Refunds/Exchanges (Food): Due to the nature of our food products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Address Errors: We are not responsible for and will not refund or replace orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
• Failed Delivery/Returns: We are not responsible for and will not refund or replace orders returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts.
• Faulty/Incorrect Items:
  • Provide a photo of the defect for assessment.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging for a return.
  • Order number or proof of purchase is required.

  • Approved returns will receive further instructions via email.

Local Pickup

• Inspection at Pickup: You will inspect your order before it is packaged and handed over.
• No Refunds/Exchanges (Pickup): Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the order is collected.
